🌼 Bluestocking Happenings - April
Fundraiser, book drive, upcoming events, our first community board posting and more!
🚨 Save Bluestockings: Support Radical Spaces
To our queer fam, comrades, conspirators, community, long time supporters and newest of homies, Bluestockings needs you, and our GoFundMe is finally up! Help us sustain our organizing center/bookstore by donating to the link below or becoming a member for as little as $1/month and receive all sorta goodies and revolutionary materials.
Our space means many things to so many folks at MANY intersections, and we refuse to be pushed out after 26 years in a now deeply gentrified Lower East Side.
❗️ Accountability at Bluestockings
If you have been systemically harmed at Bluestockings, please fill out the form below. This form is to hold staffers and volunteers at Bluestockings accountable for racist, transphobic, fat phobic, homophobic, misogynist, and misogynoir behaviors.
This form is not for personal grievances.
We have non-yt, third party reviewer(s) who will look at the submissions and escalate matters as they deem necessary.
📚 Book Drive Updates

Have a posting for our community board? This board is a place where members of our community can submit postings for any community request to be featured in our newsletter.
✏️ Want your writing featured on the BSTOX newsletter?
We are beginning to take writing submissions from our community to be featured in our biweekly newsletter. We’ll have new writing prompts periodically. Submissions must have a 500 word maximum, each piece will be reviewed, and authors will be notified if their piece is to be featured.
The Prompt: What are you reading, watching, or listening to lately? What does it make you think about?
🌱 If you still haven’t, please consider becoming a member and helping us keep our doors open!
Thanks again for reading and supporting us. ‘Til next time!
